Rosh Khan
President
Based in Guyana, Dr. Rosh Khan is the President of the ACE Consulting Group, where he leads the Group’s work on public and government affairs, crisis management, and commercial representation & trade facilitation.
After graduating as an MD, he dived into the world of entrepreneurship. He is also the Founder of the Guyana Entrepreneurship Network, Past Curator of the Global Shapers Community – Georgetown Hub, and the recipient of two prestigious awards: 1) National Youth Award for Entrepreneurship and 2) GCCI’s Business Executive of the Year Award. When he’s not working with entrepreneurs and businesses, he is focused on community development. Rosh believes, “Business must be about profits, but profits must have a purpose.”
Wazim Mowla
Senior Advisor
Based in Washington DC, Wazim Mowla is the Senior Advisor of the ACE Consulting Group, where he leads the Group’s work on political risk analysis, scenario mapping & market entry studies.
Mowla is also the associate director and fellow of the Caribbean Initiative at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center in Washington DC. There, he leads the development and execution of the initiative’s economic, climate, energy, and foreign policy programming. Mowla was called to provide Congressional testimony to the US House Financial Services Committee on financial de-risking.
Mowla is a nonresident scholar at Florida International University’s Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and is an affiliate of the Resilient and Sustainable Islands Initiative at the Overseas Development Institute. He is frequently called on to brief US and Caribbean government officials on the direction of Caribbean politics, economic development, financial inclusion, security cooperation, and energy security, with his writings and comments featured in the CNN, Bloomberg, Politico, Miami Herald, and Foreign Policy, among others. He writes a monthly column for the Guyanese newspaper Stabroek News on Guyana’s foreign policy and its role in world affairs. Mowla holds a master’s degree in history from Florida International University and a master’s degree in comparative regional studies from American University.
